Tried to fix as much of the awful Google translation but it still might be a bit weird in places.
===================
> **Curious about the honest story Jisoo shared at Bazaar after wrapping up her world tour?**
> Harper’s Bazaar: As of the date of this interview, you have just wrapped up your seven-month world tour <DEADLINE> and are preparing for a comeback with your third mini-album. How was the tour with the members?
> Jisoo : “Is it really over? Why is it ending so fast?” Maybe because it was our first world tour in three years, it especially didn’t feel real that it was over. There was so much to talk about with the members I hadn’t seen in a long time! Even on the flight back to Korea a few days ago, considering the time difference, whenever someone tried to fall asleep, we’d wake them up by saying, “We need to talk!” (Laughs) We’d also share videos and watch them together, asking, “Does anyone have any downloaded videos?” It was so much fun the whole time, without a single moment of loneliness.
> Harper’s Bazaar: Since this performance marked the reunion of all four BLACKPINK members after their respective solo activities, were there any differences?
> Jisoo: Since we’ve been friends with strong personalities since we were young, our individual personalities remain the same. It’s not that the individuals have changed, but rather that the stage felt fresh. After releasing an album with distinct individual colors, I felt like the visual spectacle had increased as each stage came together. It was fascinating to see the members performing solo stages in the same space during practice or rehearsals. I thought to myself, “Our performance is actually quite substantial.” (Laughs)
> Harper’s Bazaar: I remember you performing the EDM-based pre-release track ‘Jump’ at the Seoul concert around the start of the BLACKPINK tour. Is there a word that came to mind first when you heard the recently released title track ‘GO’?
> Jisoo: Scale. I felt like we all grew a step further through this song. While our priority before was simply to challenge ourselves with and enjoy unfamiliar genres, this time it carries the meaning of taking a leap forward. Listening to the finished music, the journey of the past 10 years flashed before my eyes.
> Harper’s Bazaar: It completely shattered the expectation that it would be a song similar to BLACKPINK’s ‘Jump’.
> Jisoo : If ‘Jump’ had a quirky, primal vibe, ‘Go’ has a strong futuristic feel. It felt like the four of us were coming together to move forward majestically, and since it fits Blackpink’s current image well, I think Blinks will like it. The atmosphere during the music video shoot was also a bit different from usual. While our previous videos felt more like we were just performing, this time we focused on showing an advanced world with CG effects.
> Harper’s Bazaar: You also had many moments with Tommy Hilfiger as an ambassador during the tour. The custom outfits you wore at the New York show last summer were also impressive.
> Jisoo : It was an argyle two-piece set! I remember debating when to wear it because I liked it so much. Since it was our first collaboration with Tommy Hilfiger for the New York performance, it was a symbolic outfit. I think I tried my best on stage with the mindset that ‘not a single mistake is acceptable!’ (Laughs)
> Harper’s Bazaar: Over the past year, we have been able to see various facets of Jisoo as a fashion icon. From the looks she showed during her solo album activities and the diverse outfits she wore during BLACKPINK’s tour to the looks she presented as a brand muse. Do you tend to intuitively decide on a style that suits you?
> Jisoo: “There are many times when I agonize deeply over whether this is better or that is better, but ultimately, the joy of the entire process of building an image is immense. I think I particularly enjoyed preparing for the solo album *Amortage*. Once a concept is decided, I try to show a new image that I haven’t explored before, but I also fine-tune it by judging which style suits me best. It is a process of finding a compromise.”
> Harper’s Bazaar: If you were to define your preferred style to Harper’s Bazaar ?
> Jisoo : The most important thing is finding a fit that suits me. I can be bold on stage, but I prefer comfortable outfits in my daily life, so I don’t often wear things like oversized clothes or hoodies. My shoe closet is full of dress shoes. From high heels to boots. Come to think of it, I guess I like quite a variety of styles. (Laughs)
