I ordered the Alter Ego vinyl on there months ago, and it says it would ship Feb 28th. But I've received zero tracking information and the customer service never responds…. (Also HOW is it limited to 777 copies yet it's ALWAYS in stock and every day it says "19 left!" etc…)
