Hey there! I purchased a v2 limited edition lightstick that has been having connectivity issues on multiple devices. I've tried connecting it on my apple products to no avail. I've also done other Reddit research but couldn't find someone who had this error page. I attached a screen video of the firmware loop. Does anyone know how to connect through this?
