Thank you to all the fans who always show love and support for JENNIE on Weverse.

In preparation for the renewal of the JENNIE OFFICIAL FANCLUB JENNIE MEMBERSHIP, new membership enrollment will be put on temporary hold. Please see the details below.

[Sign-Up and Renewal Suspension Starting Date]
Enrollment will be put on hold starting September 25, 2025 (Thu) at 1:59 PM (KST).

[Changes in MEMBERSHIP Operation]
1. Enrollment for the ‘JENNIE MEMBERSHIP’ via Weverse Shop will be put on temporary hold effective September 25, 2025 (Thu) at 1:59 PM (KST).
2. During the hold period, membership withdrawal will still be possible; however, re-enrollment will not be available until enrollment resumes.
3. For inquiries regarding the hold or future membership services, please use the 1:1 inquiry option found in the Customer Service menu on Weverse.

[Notice for Membership Purchaser Before the Hold]
The MEMBERSHIP purchased will be considered “confirmed” if:
– More than 7 days have passed since membership renewal.
– If you have accessed membership-only posts on JENNIE Weverse or purchased membership-only products.
We kindly ask for your understanding and encourage you to review these details to ensure the use of your membership.
