
Hi, I placed an order on weverse at the beginning of August but it still hadn't arrived at the end of August so I decided to contact customer services who told me that they would get back to me. Today I received an email telling me that the package had been sent back to their warehouse with returns at my expense because I had never received the package even though I had never been given a delivery date, so I ended up paying $55.74 in returns for a $58.56 order, so a $2.82 refund.
